God Was Faithful!

It was lions, lions, lions at March’s Messy Church! We looked at the story of Daniel who was faithful to God by continuing to pray to Him only, even when the king of that time threatened any who didn’t worship him would be thrown to the lions. God was faithful to Daniel and closed the lions’ mouths. Our God will be faithful to us when we face our own ‘lions’ if we put our trust in him.

Lions featured in bead bracelets, spoon craft, edible snacks, and ’fork’ pictures. There was a very fiendish lion golf game and a cornhole lion game too!

In a change to our previously advertised programme, we are not having a Messy Church on the second Friday in April but we are holding a coffee, cake, craft and puppets morning on Easter Saturday from 10.30am instead.

Next Messy Church is Friday 8th MAY.
